Mirrors should be at a comfortable viewing level, meaning they are not too low or too high from the bathroom vanity. Your vanity mirror should also be kept at least four to six inches off of the vanity countertop. This height will help prevent any mold or bacteria growth that might occur with water splashes and cleanser buildup. If you are permanently fixing the mirror to the wall, then ensure it is at the correct height and placement. Add a thin line of silicone caulking to seal and protect the mirror and wall.
